Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.
Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

The ZEV Ecosystem & Business Innovation department at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation drives the creation and scaling of integrated (C).A.S.E. (Connected (in other department), Autonomous, Shared, Electric) ecosystems.
It identifies and builds new business opportunities, establishes strategic partner networks, and leads the end-to-end development of innovative solutions—from concept and proof of concept to full implementation.
By aligning technology, business strategy, and partnerships, the department enables efficient processes, accelerates technology adoption, and unlocks sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact project lead role working in a flat organizational structure, driving results through ownership, collaboration and co-creation.
■Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Lead to drive key initiatives for (C)ASE ecosystems and business innovations with focus on autonomous truck strategy, turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions.
※Autonomous Truck Ecosystem
Support the development of autonomous trucking ecosystem target picture Develop a future business model and go-to-market strategy for MFTBC Analyze customer use cases and identify potential future services and products.Identify high-impact use cases and contribute to go-to-market approaches ※Project Leadership & Execution Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot programs hands on Ensure structured project management, timelines, and deliverables ※Ecosystem Development Support the design and integration of other (C).A.S.E. ecosystems Identify synergies between ecosystem players and business areas Contribute to ecosystem strategy and vertical integration approaches ※Business Innovation Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic insights Identify new business opportunities and support their validation Translate strategy into actionable initiatives ※Partner Collaboration Work with internal teams and external partners (tech providers, startups, logistics players)
