The Launched Effects team at Anduril builds Altius, a revolutionary family of tube-launched, highly autonomous drones (often referred to as loitering munitions or tactical drones). Altius can be launched from air, land, or sea, delivering precise intelligence, surveillance, and strike capabilities directly to the modern battlefield. Built and designed at our state-of-the-art facility in Atlanta, Altius represents the cutting edge of autonomous flight and defense technology.
This is a technical role at the intersection of hardware engineering, software development, and military operations. You will triage and root-cause complex electromechanical failures, pull apart telemetry and logs to separate a one-off from a fleet-wide trend, and partner with engineering to turn what you find into permanent product fixes. Altius deploys across a range of launcher types and mission profiles, so you will build deep expertise on the air vehicle while staying fluent in the launch configurations our customers field it from. US Salary Range
$86,000—$120,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
