부정 방지 기능을 위한 시스템 요구사항을 정의하고 보안 팀과 협력하여 전체 설계를 수행해요. 5년 이상의 프로덕트 매니저 또는 벤더 경력이 필수이며, 인증 및 권한 부여와 KYC 설계 경험을 갖춰야 해요. 네이티브 수준의 일본어와 비즈니스 수준의 영어 소통 능력이 반드시 필요해요. 전체 BSS 시스템을 담당하는 약 70명의 프로덕트 매니저 조직에서 근무하게 돼요.
The Technology Platforms Division (TPD) drives the growth of the Rakuten Ecosystem by delivering innovative, high-quality technology platforms characterized by integrated control and strategic partnerships.
Within TPD, the Telecom Business Application Supervisory Department (TBASD) develops and maintains a unified, high-quality Business Support System (BSS) for Rakuten Mobile. We deliver agile, scalable solutions across the customer lifecycle and continuously enhance system performance through close collaboration with stakeholders.
The BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD) is responsible for providing a unified product strategy for the Business Support System (BSS) that integrates with the Rakuten ecosystem to maximize Rakuten Mobile's business potential. Our core missions are managing the product development lifecycle by focusing on project ROI, building a unified BSS platform, and enhancing our AI-driven platform capabilities.
In recent years, we have observed fraudulent applications within our web systems and mobile applications. Our company is proactively addressing this challenge by implementing fundamental countermeasures and strengthening our organizational structure. The Product Manager we are recruiting for this role will play a crucial part in leading the planning and development of fraud prevention functionalities, thereby evolving our services to be safer and more reliable.
We are looking for individuals who can leverage their native-level Japanese communication skills, in addition to business-level English proficiency, to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds and global partners in pursuing cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions.

Making system requirement for fraud preventive functionalities (OTP, KYC, etc.)
