Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

With 130 members located in headquarter in Japan, the Procurement Daimler Trucks Asia team is one of the largest procurement organizations in the country. The goal of the Procurement group in Japan is to achieve a benchmark material cost position and continuous supply at the highest quality level in close collaboration with the R&D, Production and Quality departments.
[職務概要]
NPP(新製品プロジェクト)において購買SPLを担当
1. クロスファンクショナルチームで構成される新製品プロジェクトにおける購買の代表
2.購買ターゲット達成のためサプライヤー選定を推進
3. 新製品プロジェクトの財務状況のトラッキング（購買KPI: 部品費、型費、サプライヤー開発費）
4. トップマネジメントに対してQuality Gateごとのレポートを行う
5. クロスファンクショナルチーム、購買のメンバーをサポートし、製品SOPへの準備を行う
6. 各モデルごとのマテリアルコスト最適化推進を行う

[Role Overview]
The position is the role of Procurement Sub-project leader in New Product Project
1. Represent Procurement dept in the company-wide new vehicle project cross functional set up
2. Drive and monitor supplier selection to achieve Procurement target
3. Track the financials (procurement relevant ones : material cost, tooling cost; development costs)
4. Prepare and report Quality gate status to top-management
5. Support CFT and Procurement to gear up for launch / SoP
6. Drive Project based cost reduction steering

■ 職務経験
ビジネス、経済学、または工学（自動車関係が好ましい）のいずれかの大学の学位
プロジェクトマネジメントの経験またはサプライチェーンマネジメントまたは購買での業務経験
MicrosoftOffice（特にPowerpoint、Excel、およびOutlook）に精通していること
■ 言語
- 英語 :ビジネスレベル
- 日本語 : ビジネスレベル

Base Salary
*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
