私たちの組織は、PlayStationのプラットフォームを、PlayStationのオンラインサービスのネットワーク機能から支える開発グループです。開発したソフトウェアは、全世界で1億台以上のPlayStationコンソールに搭載され、1万2千本を超えるゲームタイトルに導入されています。SDKは4,000以上のゲーム開発スタジオによって利用されており、多くのユーザーにネットワークを通じたゲーム体験を提供しています。

■担当領域とチーム体制

私たちの組織では、PlayStationのオンラインサービス向けクライアント機能の中でも基盤となる領域を担当しています。主にゲーム向けSDKおよびシステムソフトウェアの開発を行っています。
本組織は、複数のスクラムチームで構成されており、各メンバーが広い裁量を持ちながら、自律的に開発に取り組んでいます。サーバ開発チームやスタジオサポート部門と密接に連携し、仕様検討、技術サポート、不具合解析など多岐にわたるグローバルな協業を日常的に行っており、End to Endな開発経験を積むことができます。また、新たなゲーム体験を創出するために、新機能の企画・設計段階から関わる機会も多く、メンバーは日々やりがいを感じながら開発しています。

■職務内容

• PlayStationコンソールにおけるオンラインサービス基盤機能、SDKの設計・実装・テスト・保守
• ネットワークプロトコルおよびWebAPI/RESTを使うライブラリの開発
• ゲーム開発者や社内チームへの技術支援、ドキュメント整備
• C/C++による開発（案件によりC#やJavaScriptも利用）
• ビジネス拡大に向けた、PCなどの他プラットフォーム展開、クロスプラットフォーム向け新機能開発
  　これらをアジャイルなスタイルで、変化に柔軟に対応しながらスピーディに開発しています。

■働く環境

リモートワークを基本とした柔軟な働き方が可能です。
一方で、社内ハッカソンやソーシャルイベントなど、対面でのコミュニケーションの場も活発に設けられており、チーム内外での情報共有や技術的な刺激を得やすい環境があります。

**■求める 実務経験・スキル・人物像

必須要件(MUST)

**- C/C++による開発経験（3年以上、もしくは十分な知識）

歓迎要件(WANT)

• ネットワークおよびマルチスレッドプログラミングの経験
  　- 特にクライアント／サーバ型アーキテクチャにおけるクライアント側の開発経験がある方
• リソース制約のある環境での開発経験
  　- 組み込み機器開発など、限られたCPU・メモリでハイパフォーマンスなプログラムを書ける方
• 様々なプラットフォーム（OS、ハードウェア）での開発経験

• ソフトウェア開発が大好きな方、自分の技術力を試してみたい方
• 自分が書いたコードが1億台以上の機器で動き、多くのゲームから使われることに喜びを感じられる方
• グローバルな環境で海外のSDK開発チーム、ゲーム開発チームともコミュニケーションしながら開発に取り組める方
