Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

当チームは電装プラットフォーム・推進装置制御部門に属し、小型・大型トラック向けの車両E/Eアーキテクチャおよび低電圧（LV）パワーネットを担当しています。アーキテクチャ部門は、グローバルな技術的および論理的なE/Eアーキテクチャの開発と管理を行い、ネットワーク性能と基準、ネットワーク通信仕様、およびネットワークのベースレイヤーを担当します。低電圧パワーネットは、車両およびそのコンポーネント全体における低電圧電力の生成、蓄電、分配、変換、および管理を担当しています。
当部門は、部門を統括するシニアマネージャー1名、マネージャー7名、および「アーキテクチャ＆パワーネット設計」、「セキュリティ・コネクティビティ設計」、「ソフトウェア検証・リリースマネジメント」、「リージョナル推進装置制御設計」、「グローバル推進装置制御設計」、「モビリティ制御設計」、「電装プラットフォーム・推進装置制御検証」の各チームに配属されたエンジニア40名で構成されています。
Our team belongs to the E/E Platform and Propulsion Software Development Department and we're in charge of vehicle E/E Architecture and LV Powernet for Light Duty and Heavy Duty Trucks.Architecture develops and governs the global technical and logical EE architecture; and is responsible for network performance and standards, network communication description, and the network base layer.
Low Voltage Powernet, which is responsible for the generation, storage, distribution, conversion, and management of low-voltage electrical energy across the vehicle and its components.
We're composed of (1) Senior Manager overseeing the department, (7) Managers and 40 engineers distributed across the "E/E Architecture & Powernet", "Cybersecurity, Diagnostics, Fusa and Connectivity", "Release Management & Verification", "Regional Propulsion", "Global Propulsion" and "E/E Platform and Powertrain Verification" teams.

1.Responsible for the development, validation, and lifecycle management of powernet‑related electrical components such as batteries, DC/DC converters, equalizers, fuse boxes, and similar hardware.
2.Ensures that selected components meet vehicle powernet requirements and function reliably within the electrical architecture.
3.Suitable for candidates with a strong electrical engineering background, including new graduates.
4.Basic understanding of software concepts (e.g., CAN communication) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage the development, maintenance, and technical oversight of powernet‑critical components.
2.Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and select components based on powernet performance, cost, and interface requirements.
3.Create, update, and release component specification books, technical requirements, and engineering drawings.
4.Lead component-level development in close collaboration with suppliers, ensuring technical alignment and timely delivery.
5.Conduct component issue investigations during development phases.
6.Support Quality Management (QM) in analyzing and resolving field‑identified component issues.
7.Coordinate with vehicle architecture, testing, and procurement teams to ensure component performance and integration quality.
