Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.
Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.
Under the new structure, we remain committed to shaping the future of commercial mobility and delivering safer, higher‑quality, and more environmentally friendly transportation solutions for customers around the world.

TOS（Truck Operating System：FUSOにおける継続的改善の標準的な考え方・手法）を軸に、以下の活動を行います。
- 改善活動支援：直接・間接部門における改善プロジェクトへの社内コンサルティング
- TOS教育：社内トレーニングの企画・実行・フォロー
- 文化醸成：TOS文化の浸透および改善事例の共有
- TOS (Truck Operating System: Fuso’s standard approach
and methodology for continuous improvement) Our key activities include:
- Supporting improvement initiatives across both direct and indirect departments through internal consulting
- Planning, executing, and following up on in-house TOS training programs
- Promoting TOS culture and sharing best practices within the organization
- You will play a key role in driving transformation across the organization in a global environment.

- Provide hands-on support for improvement projects through internal consulting
- Plan, execute, and follow up on TOS training programs
- Drive the deployment of TOS principles by leading improvement initiatives, developing local teams, and ensuring sustainable
implementation at overseas production sites

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）
年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など
基本給（円/月）：300,000円～350,000円
賞与：年2回支給
手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等 ※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定 ※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 300,000 JPY - 350,000 JPY Bonus : Twice a year Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..
*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
