In November 2024, UNNI launched its Thai-language app, enabling Thai users to explore Korean clinics in their native language. Introducing the squad (team) you will join
- Thailand Squad drives UNNI's expansion in the Thai domestic market — one of Southeast Asia's most active medical aesthetics markets.
- We are building the foundational operations that will keep our platform trusted, safe, and high-quality as we onboard Thai clinics and welcome Thai users.
- This is a founding team role. You'll work closely with the Thailand team and Seoul HQ — drawing on the operational know-how HQ has built across Korea and Japan, and adapting it to the Thai market — with high ownership from day one and a clear path to grow as the team scales.
What You’ll Do
- Build UNNI Thailand's operating system: starting from the operational know-how HQ has accumulated in Korea and Japan, you'll localize and design the systems that fit the Thai market — and own how we run here for years to come
- Take on new operational challenges as they emerge — and see them through. In an early-stage operation, work appears on many fronts at once; you'll stay on top of each one, resolve open issues, and bring order to the things you've set in motion
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clinic partners — handling CS escalations, settlement and billing inquiries, and ongoing partner support
- Monitor in-app content (reviews, clinic profiles, treatment information) to ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines
- Review and approve clinic-uploaded promotional events against internal guidelines (pricing accuracy, image quality, claim verification)
- Collaborate closely with HQ and cross-functional teams (BD, Product, Finance) across Bangkok and Seoul — many early tasks involve localizing and operationalizing HQ's processes for Thailand
Minimum Qualifications
- 0–3 years of work experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you catch the typo, the wrong price, the off-brand image
- Comfortable operating in gray zones; when you face a task for the first time, you find the structure in it and build the processes and standards so the next person can execute at the same level
- Able to run multiple workstreams at once while keeping each one organized — tracking progress and open issues systematically, and carrying every task through to the finish
- Fluent in Thai and capable of smooth communication in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or short-term experience in operations, customer support, or partner management — especially in aesthetic, medical, beauty, tech, or platform businesses
- Experience in a start-up company or cross-cultural team environment
- Korean language proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with operational tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Channel Talk, or similar)

Work Policies
