Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

また、電力・都市ガス・蒸気・圧縮空気など、工場内で使用されるさまざまなエネルギーの安定供給および最適運用を担う管理部門でもあります。

MFTBC’s Kawasaki Plant serves as a truck production base in Japan, supplying products to dealerships nationwide as well as to overseas locations.
This department is a specialized team that plays a central role in “environmental management,” which supports the company’s sustainable growth.
It is also a management division responsible for the stable supply and optimal operation of various types of energy at the plant, including electricity, city gas, steam, and compressed air.
The department manages critical infrastructure that supports production activities, while promoting energy efficiency, cost optimization, and the reduction of environmental impact.
Environmental Governance and Sustainability FUSO consists of one manager, an Environmental Planning Team of four members, and a Utilities Team of three members responsible for managing the supply of electricity, natural gas, and water.

The administrative staff position is responsible for facilitating the smooth execution of energy management operations.
・ Aggregation and management of energy consumption data (ISO 14001 / 50001 administrative office duties)
・ Preparation of various reports (internal documents and submissions to government authorities)
・ Communication and coordination with external suppliers ・ Administrative processing related to contracts and billing ・ Data organization and support for improvement activities and energy-saving initiatives This role involves frequent handling of numerical data and requires a high level of accuracy as well as a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
エネルギー管理業務において少なくとも3年以上の実務経験が必要です。主任電気技術者やエネルギー管理士などの資格を有している方は歓迎します。また、官公庁への各種書類作成および提出の経験が求められ、Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析スキルも必要です。さらに、社内外の関係者との調整力および高いコミュニケーション能力が期待されます。

At least three years of practical experience in energy management operations. Possession of qualifications such as Chief Electrical Engineer or Energy Manager is preferred. In addition, experience in preparing and submitting documentation to government authorities is required, along with skills in data aggregation and analysis using Excel. Furthermore, strong coordination and communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders are expected.
