At DeepX Co., Ltd., the National R&D Project Manager contributes to the company’s growth by effectively managing government-funded projects, securing stable financial resources, and supporting the development and acquisition of core technologies.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain challenging experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, build networks with funding agencies, partner institutions, and top talent, and develop into a professional expert in the planning and management of national R&D projects.
□ Propose and plan new projects, including writing business plans and proposals □ Drive commercialization of public-sector projects □ Manage and monitor the execution of national R&D projects □ Communicate with government ministries and external organizations □ Manage project deliverables and register them in designated systems □ Respond to requests and requirements from government authorities
□ Bachelor’s degree or higher
□ Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience □ Ability to plan and propose new R&D projects
□ End-to-end experience managing national R&D projects (from award to completion)
□ Understanding of system semiconductors or AI technology □ Experience managing single projects with an annual budget of KRW 1 billion+ or simultaneously managing 5+ projects □ Experience planning and operating defense-related projects □ Experience leading national R&D projects as a primary organization with multiple participating institutions □ Capability to perform as a principal investigator (PI) in government-funded projects □ Experience serving on project planning committees or similar advisory roles □ Experience in establishing, managing, and settling project budgets

□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
