Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

サプライヤー開発部品チームは日本および海外の新規・既存サプライヤーに対して、PPAPマイルストーン達成に向けた部品開発活動をリードします。開発フェーズにおいては、新規サプライヤー評価のため、技術的実現性の支援を行いながら連携し、量産開始（SoP）前において、仕様への適合を満たす品質保証を確保するとともに、グローバル基準（IATF16949要求事項を含む）および顧客固有要求に準拠した強固な製造プロセスの構築を推進します。
対象部品は開発フェーズにあるすべてのコモディティが含まれます。また、本チームは迅速な問題解決活動に取り組み、新規および既存サプライヤーの品質およびパフォーマンスの持続的向上を推進します。
サプライヤー部品開発チームは、11名で構成される国際的なチームであり、品質マネジメントのディレクターおよびマネージャー、調達部門やサプライヤーマネージャー、さらにドイツ、インド、ポルトガル、インドネシア、中国など各拠点のグローバルメンバーと連携しています。また、R&D、調達、プロジェクト、サプライヤーマネジメント、生産、コンプライアンスといった社内部門とも密接に協働しています。本ポジションは、サプライヤー品質マネジメント責任者（Head of Supplier Quality Management）に直接レポートします。
Supplier Part Development team leads the parts development activities to achieve PPAP milestones for new & exisiting suppliers in Japan and overseas and during development phase collaborates for new supplier evaluation with technical feasibility support and ensuring of quality assurance in compliance with specification for new parts before SoP through robust manufacturing process setups according to the global standards (incl. IATF 16949 requirements) and customer specific requirements. Responsible parts are all of the commodity in development phase. The team is engaged in rapid problem solving and drive continuous improvement to be sustainable quality and performance of new & exisiting suppliers.
Supplier Part Development team is an international team consists of 11 members and collaborates with quality management directors and managers, procurement and supplier managers, global colleagues across different locations such as Germany, India, Portugal, Indonesia, China etc. and internal departments such as R&D, Procurement, Projects, Supplier Management, production and compliance. This role reports directly to the Head of Supplier Quality Management.
主な業務内容
1. 新製品プロジェクトおよび部品ソーシングにおけるサプライヤー品質管理（20%）
すべての新製品プロジェクトおよびリソーシング案件において、PPAPマイルストーンのスケジュール整合のため、プロジェクト、R&D、調達部門と連携します。グローバルサプライヤー（新規・既存）に対して、初回サンプル準備前にサプライヤー評価およびリスクアセスメントを実施します。技術的実現性検討に参画し、サプライヤーに対して強固な製造プロセスの構築を求めます。また、製品品質の確保を行い、SoP初期フェーズまでパフォーマンスを監視した後、量産品質チームへ引き継ぎます。
新規サプライヤーおよび新規部品の立ち上げ・開発を積極的に支援し、新製品・プロジェクトのスケジュール確保に貢献します。
対象部品：
シャーシ、サスペンション、エンジン、トランスミッション、eモビリティ関連、電気・電子・メカトロ部品、内装・外装・キャビン、アクスル、ブレーキ、板金部品など グローバルサプライヤー管理においては、インド、中国、インドネシアなどの地域チームと連携し、定期的なトレーニングや指示を通じて、合意した納期での成果物の提供を確保します。
2. 問題解決（20%）
初回サンプルおよびPPAPフェーズにおけるサプライヤー品質問題について調査を行い、根本原因の分析、暫定対策、恒久対策および予防対策の実施と、その有効性のモニタリングを行います。
また、部門横断的に主体的に関与し、サプライヤーおよび関係者と連携して、生産および顧客への影響を最小化します。
対象調査範囲：国内工場およびKD工場における0kmクレーム、市場クレーム
3. サプライヤー評価およびリスクアセスメント（20%）
サプライヤーリスクアセスメント（RA）基準の定期的な見直しを行い、重要および高リスクサプライヤーのリスク低減に向けたフォローアップ会議を実施します。また、年次のサプライヤー評価およびランキングの運用を推進します。
4. 材料技術基準および変更管理（10%）
材料エンジニアリング仕様書・標準の発行および定期更新を行います。
設計変更や生産終了（EOP／サプライヤー変更）を円滑に進めるため、サプライヤーおよび社内関係者と密に連携し、必要な業務をタイムリーに完遂します。
5. リーダーシップおよびチーム開発（30%）
明確な目標設定、パフォーマンス評価、フィードバックおよびオープンなコミュニケーションを実施します。
チームのモチベーション向上およびエンゲージメント向上のため、継続的な育成・改善を推進します。
また、自身の継続的な自己研鑽とともに、メンバーへのトレーニング提供を行います。
Job content
Key Task Description
1. New product projects and resourcing parts ’Supplier Quality Management (20%)
Collaboration with Projects, R&D & Procurement for all new product projects & resourcing projects for time line alignment on PPAP milestones.
Global suppliers (new/existing) - supplier evaluation and risk assessment to be executed before initial sample preparation. Participate in technical feasibility discussions and demand suppliers for robust manufacturing process setups, Ensuring product quality including (process, product, system) Audit, Initial sample release, PPAP, PSW tracking and monitor the performance until initial phase of SoP and then handover to series quality team.
Proactively support the onboarding and development of new suppliers and parts to secure timeline of new products and projects.
Responsible parts are chassis, suspension, engine, transmission, e-mobility, electric, electronic, mechatronic parts, interior, exterior, cabin, axles, brake, sheet metal.
To manage global suppliers, collaborate with regional team (India/China/ Indonesia.etc) by directing them with frequent trainings and ensure the deliverables in agreed timeline
2. Problem Solving (20%)
Investigation of supplier quality issues during initial sample & PPAP phase, analysis of root cause and implementation of interim corrective action, permanent corrective action and preventive action including monitoring of the action’s effectiveness.
Proactively and cross-functionally, lead or support supplier and stakeholder to minimize impact to production and customer.
The scope of part investigation is 0km claim in Japanese plants and KD plant and claim in field.
3. Supplier Assessment & risk evalaution (20%)
Regular review Supplier RA (Risk Assessment) Standard and organize the regular follow-up meeting of the RA activity to reduce risk on critical and high-risk suppliers.
Implementation annual supplier evaluation and ranking.
4. Material technical standard and Change Management (10%)
Release or regular update material engineering specification / standard.
Communicate closely and complete needed task timely with supplier and internal stakeholders to proceed smoothly the design change and End of Production (supplier change).
5. Leadership and Team Development (30%)
Set clear goals, evaluate performance & feedback and open communication.
Continuous team development for motivative and improvement for engagement.
Continuous self-learning and provide training to member.
