Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Service Product Management team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in Creating & Delivering high-quality service products such as Extended Warranty & Serivce Contracts that meets or exceeds customer expectations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective buisness strategies, managing the entire Serivce Business portfolio from start to end, and building strong relationships with internal & external Stake holders.
The International Customer Service Product Management team is made up by 5 different teams. There are total of approx 25 members and fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, which is currently seeking qualified candidates, who can play pivotal role in expanding the Service Business in the export markets.

市場からのフィードバックを収集・反映し、製品を継続的に改善
機会市場を特定し、売上向上のための新戦略を策定
プロジェクトポートフォリオの管理

Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. For a global leading truck manufacturer, it is crucial as it builds customer trust, enhances brand reputation, and drives customer retention.
Our Service Excellence team plays a vital role by developing Service Products such as Extended Warranty and Service Contracts, ensuring our customers receive reliable and comprehensive support throughout the vehicles lifecycle. This commitment to excellence not only differentiates us in the market but also fosters long-term relationships with our customers.。
The individual will oversee the Product Management of the Service Excellence offerings (Extended Warranty, Service Contracts) for international markets.
Ability to steer business with Market sales leads & regional offices
Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and statistical approach for cost determination; Warranty rate determination (nice to have)
Knowledge of truck parts and service requirements (nice to have)
Good business acumen and an agile mindset
Key responsibilities include:
1. Product Creation and Launch
Gather market requirements
Conduct market research and competition benchmarking
Define offer and coverage
Evaluate costs and assess risks
Calculate price and negotiate offers
Create part numbers, register pricing, and prepare launch documentation
2. Product Performance Review:
Review product performance and pricing during Annual Price Revisions or periodic assessments to ensure competitiveness
Gather and incorporate market feedback to continuously improve products
Identify opportunity markets and create new strategy to improve sales
Manage the project portfolio
3. Business Planning and Reporting:
Report product launch status, business sales net revenue, Profit & Loss analysis
Coordinate with F&C teams for business planning and performance monitoring

工学、経営学、マーケティング、プロダクトマネジメント、またはそれに関連する分野の学士号を有すること。カスタマーサービス部門における5年以上の実務経験が必須。直接的な顧客対応（接客・折衝）の経験があれば尚可。

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, marketing, product management, or a related field with Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Customer Service fucntions. Direct Customer handling experience can be an added advantage.
