Key tasks of the Job :

New menu development, especially dessert, sides, snack menu and beverages

Specifics for the Job

(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the food industry (R&D, Menu development for bakery & coffee franchises etc.) or equivalent experience and knowledge

(b) Skills: Menu development and managing New product development process, Effective communication skill, Collaboration with suppliers and relevant departments

(c) English: Basic or higher level of English proficiency
