Responsibilities

Position Overview

Drive marketing communications and campaign execution for a high-tech B2B brand, covering brand communications, PR, campaign and digital marketing. This role requires the ability to independently deliver marketing activities, ensure clear messaging, and maintain a focus on execution quality and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, PR & Industry Influence

• Deliver clear and consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials

• Support and execute PR initiatives, including press releases, media materials, and industry communications

• Contribute to building visibility through industry events, media engagement, and thought leadership content

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Execute digital marketing activities across social media, website, and email channels
• Develop content that drives audience engagement and lead generation
• Track content performance and improve effectiveness based on results

Campaign Execution & Tracking

• Execute integrated campaigns including product promotions, events, and digital initiatives
• Ensure consistent messaging and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints
• Track campaign performance, summarize outcomes, and provide improvement insights

Cross-functional Communication

• Work with product marketing, sales, and global teams to align communication with business priorities
• Consolidate inputs into clear and complete communication outputs
• Drive marketing initiatives forward with clear ownership of deliverables

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Around 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or integrated marketing
• Experience in B2B and high-tech or enterprise-focused environments preferred
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and structured communication skills
• Ability to independently manage tasks and multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
