Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

三菱ふそうバス製造株式会社は、70年以上にわたり培ってきたバス製造の技術と経験を基盤に、国内外に高品質なバスを提供しています。大型バスでは国内市場で約40％のシェアを誇り、小型バスは世界各国に輸出されています。
そういった点からも当社は三菱ふそうの事業において重要なメンバーとなっています。
生産技術部門では、グローバルな視点で革新的な技術を導入し、長年の製造ノウハウと融合させることで、品質と効率を両立したバスづくりを 実現しています。
生産技術は2つのチームで構成されており、１）生産設備検討、２）設備保全に分かれています。
部門全体では約27名が在籍しており、今回募集する「生産設備検討」チームには、20代から50代までの幅広い年齢層の13名が所属し、 それぞれの専門性を活かして活躍しています。
※選考について
本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。
事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

The company holds approximately 40% market share in large buses domestically and exports small buses globally, playing a vital role in the operations of Mitsubishi Fuso.
The Production Engineering department integrates innovative technologies with long-standing manufacturing know-how to achieve efficient and high-quality bus production from a global perspective.
The Production Engineering department is composed of two specialized teams:
1) Production Equipment Planning
2) Facility Management
The department has approximately 27 members in total. The team currently hiring—the Production Equipment Planning team—consists of 13 members ranging in age from their 20s to 50s, each actively contributing through their individual expertise.

This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).
Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.
Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. バスの生産工程において、製品仕様に基づいた工法の計画から設備導入、改善活動までを担当し、技術革新と品質向上を支える業務です。
社内外の関係者と連携しながら、生産技術プロジェクトの推進にも関与します。
主な業務内容
１）バス製造関連業務
製品要求事項に基づく溶接・塗装・組立工法の計画
溶接・塗装・組立に関わる設備・治工具の計画と導入
サプライヤへの設備・治工具の手配
新工法・新設備の研究・開発
生産性・安全・品質・コストの改善活動
２）生産技術プロジェクト関連業務
３）その他業務
This role supports bus production by planning manufacturing methods, introducing equipment, and driving improvement initiatives based on product specifications. It also involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to lead production engineering projects.
Responsibilities
1) Bus Production Operations
- Planning of welding, painting, and assembly processes based on product requirements
- Planning and implementation of equipment and tools for welding, painting, and assembly
- Coordination with suppliers for equipment and tool procurement
- Research and development of new manufacturing methods and equipment
- Improvement of productivity, safety, quality, and cost
2) Production Engineering Projects
- Concept and strategy development, including investment estimation
3) Other Responsibilities
- Sharing technical knowledge with external partners
