Job Description
作为公司医学学术、专家资源与临床培训体系的核心建设部门,专家发展与临床培训策略团队将聚焦专家资源体系化搭建、高端学术合作落地、临床培训全流程运营及医学教育策略创新,统筹专家赋能、学术活动、内容开发与专业服务协同,为公司业务发展提供坚实的医学专业支撑与专家资源保障。
1. 专家资源体系建设与运营:搭建并完善公司专家资源体系,负责专家筛选、合作维护、培养赋能、内容共创与价值挖掘,实现专家资源的标准化、系统化管理。
2. 专家学术合作与品牌赋能:推动专家学术项目落地、学术成果转化与品牌赋能工作,联动专家开展学术共建、科研合作、专业背书等核心事务,提升公司与产品专业影响力。
3. 医学教育策略与学术内容开发:基于公司产品策略制定相应医学教育策略,开发专业、合规、高质量的医学学术内容和培训内容。
4. 临床培训体系搭建与实施:构建适配公司业务策略的医学教育临床培训体系,策划、组织、执行各类医学专业培训、技能实训与能力提升项目,保障培训质量与落地效果。
5. 大型学术活动策划与运营:统筹规划全国性、区域型高端学术会议、论坛及交流活动,全流程负责方案设计、执行落地、效果复盘与品牌提升。
6. 培训运营流程优化:持续迭代培训运营体系,优化流程、提升效率,实现培训项目的精细化、数字化、高效化管理。
7. 跨部门协同与专业服务支持:协同公司各部门,提供全方位专家资源支持、临床专业教育服务与医学策略保障,助力整体业务高效推进。

Pay Range: $
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
