□ 업무 시스템 운영 및 최적화: Google Workspace(GWS), ERP, 그룹웨어, Jira, Confluence 등 사내 핵심 협업 및 비즈니스 솔루션 관리
□ IT 인프라 엔지니어링: 리눅스(Linux) 및 윈도우(Windows) 서버 운영, 네트워크 환경 관리
□ 데이터 보호 및 가용성 확보: 백업 시스템 구축/운영 및 장애 대응 체계 강화
□ AX(AI Transformation) 검토 및 추진: 기존 워크플로우 분석을 통한 업무 혁신 과제 발굴 및 IT 솔루션 도입 주도
□ 경력: 5년 이상의 IT 인프라 또는 업무 시스템 운영 경력 (혹은 그에 준하는 역량)
□ 기술 역량 (2가지 직무중 1 이상 충족 필수)
o 인프라 전문가: 서버/OS(Linux/Windows), 네트워크, 백업 시스템에 대한 깊은 이해와 트러블슈팅 능력
o 시스템 전문가: ERP, 그룹웨어, Jira/Confluence 등 협업도구의 커스터마이징 및 사내 프로세스 최적화 경험
□ 필수 경험: 업무 방식의 혁신이나 프로세스 개선을 직접 기획하고 실행하여 성과를 낸 경험 (단순 운영 경험 제외)
□ 반도체 업계의 클라우드 전환 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
□ AI 기술(LLM 활용, 업무 자동화 등)을 업무 시스템에 접목해 보셨거나 관심이 높으신 분
□ 다양한 유관 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 프로젝트 관리(PM) 능력을 갖추신 분
□ IT 거버넌스 및 ITGC, 전산감사 대응 경험이 있으신 분
