• Manage cash operations and banking relationships
• Manage company funds, the allocation of cash balances, loans, and disbursements in coordination with HQ
• Manage treasury package report and cash flow forecast
• Manage credit risk including monitoring credit exposure in coordination with HQ
• Propose and implement any process improvement in credit and cash management
• Manage Tax operations and ensure to be compliance with local, state, and country laws
• Support Accounting Manager in Internal Control

Responsibilities

Cash Management

»  Supervise day-to-day cash operation

»  Monitor the cash position of all banks accounts to ensure that cash balances are invested adequately and to pay obligations as they become due

»  Monitor the cash flow on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis

»  Monitor and periodically summarize all expenses across the company

»  Track and control spend on capital and expenditure

Banking operations

»  Follow up and manage all the banks accounts

»  Manage bank facilities including letter of credits and letter of guarantees

»  Manage in negotiating and maintaining banking relationships and credit arguments with Finance Manager and HQ

»  Manage and follow up bank commissions and charges with HQ

» Ensure controlled signature policy of bank and payment process with Accounting Manager

Credit Risk Management

»  Perform credit risk analysis for assessment of potential customers

»  Reevaluate the credibility of major customers

» Report to HQ Credit Risk management team in timely manner

Reporting & Analysis

»  Prepare monthly cash management reports

»  Prepare Risk exposure report (AR aging balance)

»  Cash Flow analysis and forecast

»  Undertake special assignment to start up operations (Ecommerce, new platform)

Internal Control

»  Be responsible for ERICA update yearly

» Be responsible for Internal Control System Documentation

»  Coordinate internal control agendas between business process owner and group IC team

Corporate Card operations

»  Supervise corporate card related operations

» Managing and follow up Corporate card commissions and charges.

» Negotiating and reviewing commission and benefit with Accounting Manager 

Profile

University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration or law Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage Well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytic sense and skillful PC operation Precise and accurate Good command of spoken and written English People managing skill Knowledge in retail business and e-commerce
