Key Responsibilities:
1. 배송 및 운송 관리
수입 통관 서류 처리 및 통관 대행사와의 협력을 통한 원활한 통관 진행
본사, 창고(WH), 포워더(FWD), 운송사, 통관 업체와 협력하여 적시 운송 조율
배송 현황 추적, 지연 이슈 대응 및 관련 부서에 상황 공유
사내 부서와의 상품 발주 조율
2. 문서화 및 컴플라이언스
수입 규정 및 회사 정책 준수
감사 및 보고를 위한 정확한 기록 유지
3. 창고 및 재고 관리
창고 재고 수준 모니터링을 통한 적정 재고 유지 및 과잉·불용 재고 최소화
창고팀과 협력하여 입고, 보관, 출고 업무 조율
정기 재고 실사 참여 및 불일치 조정
NetSuite/DMS/WMS 시스템 내 정확한 재고 데이터 관리
4. 비용 및 성과 최적화
정시 배송률, 단위당 운송비, 창고 효율성 등 KPI 추적 및 분석
서비스 품질 유지를 전제로 한 비용 절감 기회 발굴
5. 부서간 협업 및 경영진(BOD) 지원
본사, BD, 재무, EC, 마케팅, 리테일 운영, 고객서비스 팀과 협업하여 공급망 우선순위 조율
의사결정 지원을 위한 물류 및 재고 데이터 제공
경영진(BOD)이 지정하는 긴급 업무 및 특별 프로젝트 등 추가 과제 지원
6. 지속적 개선
물류 및 창고 운영상의 병목 현상 파악 및 프로세스 개선 제안
시스템 고도화 및 자동화 프로젝트 참여
시장 동향, 운임, 신규 물류 솔루션에 대한 지속적 파악
7. 보고 및 데이터 분석
경영진을 위한 정기 물류·재고 보고서 작성 (KPI 추적, 배송 현황, 비용 분석 등)
물류 및 공급망 데이터 분석을 통한 트렌드, 비효율, 개선 기회 파악
데이터 기반 인사이트로 의사결정 지원
Requirements:
물류, 공급망관리, 국제경영 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
물류, 창고 또는 공급망 운영 분야 3~5년 경력
배송 프로세스, 통관 규정 및 창고 관리 우수 사례에 대한 지식
MS Office(특히 Excel) 및 NetSuite/DMS/WMS 시스템 활용 능력
뛰어난 조직력, 분석력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
비즈니스 중국어 가능자
