The group you’ll be a part of

Drive end-to-end execution of system orders to meet customer commitments. Own delivery performance across cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

The impact you’ll make

• Own end-to-end order execution, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer expectations.
• Act as the central point of contact between Global Operations and Sales Operations.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of system orders from engineering through delivery.
• Drive resolution of fulfillment risks, including material shortages, configuration changes, production delays, and shipment issues.
• Proactively identify issues, escalate early, and lead mitigation plans to minimize customer impact.
• Own shipment deviations (Back Orders, Short Shipments, etc.) through resolution.
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including On-Time Delivery and Backorders.
• Deliver concise, data-driven updates to leadership on order status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Champion process improvements to enhance execution efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution excellence.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges in dynamic environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization and sense of urgency.
• Project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with MRP systems; SAP strongly preferred.
• Semiconductor equipment and BOM configuration experience is a strong plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
