Associate Legal Counselは、POP MART Japanの法務チームの一員として、日本法人の各部門に対し法務・コンプライアンス面でのサポートを提供します。
契約審査、法務相談、各種コンプライアンス対応に加え、日本の小売・EC事業に関する法令（特に特定商取引法）への対応、注文ページ・利用規約等のリーガルチェック、カスタマーサポート部門における法的対応などを担当していただきます。
社内関係部署や外部法律事務所と連携しながら、事業運営を法務面から支えるポジションです。
店舗賃貸借契約、工事契約、販売促進契約、業務委託契約、秘密保持契約等の各種契約書の作成、レビュー、修正及び交渉
契約承認フローの管理及び契約書管理
日本法令に基づく法務リスクの検討及び社内法務相談
小売・EC事業に関する法令対応
特定商取引法への対応
