We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development, data handling, and Agile methodologies for our private cloud platform product Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a production mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
7+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Programming & Architecture: Strong experience in Python, object-oriented programming, and microservices architecture.
Cloud Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, operations, and resource definitions; familiarity with AWS and Azure.
Data Handling: Ability to manage large datasets and optimize performance.
Database Management: Proficient in PostgreSQL and writing robust SQL queries.
Visualization & Monitoring: Experience with Grafana, ElasticSearch, and FluentD.
Containerization & Deployment: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
DevOps & CI/CD: Proficient with GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, and automation pipelines.
System Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux OS and bash scripting.
Agile Practices: Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and transversal responsibilities.
