As an IT Support Specialist at Christian Dior Couture Korea, you will be a key contributor to maintaining a smooth and efficient IT environment for our corporate offices and retail locations. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential end-user support, assisting with IT infrastructure tasks, and contributing to the overall stability and security of our IT systems. By providing expert support and enabling the adoption of innovative IT solutions, the specialist helps Christian Dior Couture Korea scale its business, uphold high standards of customer service, and protect its brand reputation.
Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity Awareness & Support:
- Support local security operations, encompassing diligent monitoring, efficient incident response coordination, and proactive vulnerability management.
- Ensure rigorous data compliance and protection efforts, strictly adhering to regional guidelines and local regulatory requirements, including assuring compliance with Korean regulations (eg, K-ISMS)and coordinating information security-related audits and remediation activities.
- Assist the IT Manager and the regional security team in the successful deployment of critical security projects and initiatives tailored for the Korean market.
2. IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Maintenance:
- Support the stable operation, maintenance, and strategic evolution of the IT infrastructure across both corporate office and retail store environments.
- Manage corporate office and Client Services Centre IT infrastructure, encompassing online meeting systems, server rooms and network system.
- Oversee retail store IT infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and reliable performance of all in-store systems.
- Support infrastructure changes, releases, and configuration management processes to proactively mitigate operational risks and minimize disruption.
3. Store/Event IT Project Management
- Take ownership of IT projects for store openings, events and infrastructure rollouts
- Support the end to end delivery management including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination and communication with the region and central team
4. Asset Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance, refresh, and secure disposal, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
- Ensure all IT asset management activities comply with internal policies, industry best practices and relevant regulatory requirements
- Analyze asset data to identify trends, forecast needs, and contribute to IT budgeting and strategic planning.
Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry Practical experience across a wide spectrum of security technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint and Network Detection & Response (EDR/NDR) systems and Cloud security frameworks. Experience with K-ISMS certification processes is a plus Familiarity in ITSM principles and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficient in spoken and written English
