We are the software development team in Nomura Group, a leading company in the industry and has a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions.
Our mission is to build and support the equity business in cooperation with Business users. Members will be involved in a variety of in-house projects, utilising the latest technology and development practices.
The team consists of multinational members, and communication within the team and with stakeholders is conducted in both Japanese and English.

- Partner with business, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.
- L3 technical support where necessary.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, and related systems, using both Japanese and English.
- エクイティビジネス関連システムの提案・開発・運用を担うチームに開発者として参画していただきます。
- ビジネスユーザーと直接会話をしながら、現場のニーズを直に反映した本当に価値のあるシステムの構築に取り組んでいただきます。
- L3 サポートとしてテクニカルサポート。
- ビジネス部署や関連システムの担当者と調整を行う必要があります。この際、日本語と英語の両方を使用します。
- 登録資格 Requirements
- Requirements：＜Mandatory＞
- Japanese language proficiency (Business-level or above)
- English communication skill (Business-level or above)
- 7+ years of hands-on Java application development on Linux
- Strong communication skills with business users
- Pro-active mindset
- 日本語ビジネス相当レベル以上
- 英語ビジネス相当レベル以上
- 7年以上のLinux環境のJavaアプリケーション開発経験
- ビジネスユーザーとの要件定義の経験
- 主体的なマインドセット
＜Preferred＞- Agile development
- Industry experience in hands-on development within securities business
- Development skill using Spring boot framework
- Development using Python
- Experience with database design and management, preferably in MySQL
- Development or support of AWS applications (EC2, RDB, etc.)
- Experience in system testing, and test automation
- Experience in GUI design and UX, preferably in Angular or React
- Understanding of the Securities business, preferably in Equity Trading
- *JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification

- Spring bootを用いた開発経験
- Pythonを用いた開発経験
- データベース設計・管理の経験。できればMySQLの利用経験
- AWS上のアプリケーションの開発・管理の経験 (EC2、RDB、等)
- システムテストやテスト自動化の経験
- フロントエンドフレームワークを用いた開発経験（Angular、React等）
- 証券業務に関する知識、できればエクイティ取引
- 証券外務員資格

Since this position is hiring as a developer under JBS, there is a possibility of rotation within JBS.- This job description is for a developer role, and in all cases requires the candidate to have the ability to do both development and L3 support at the coding level.
