ITプロセス本部は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社における情報システムに係るプロジェクトと運用・保守を担っています。
ITインフラ部では弊社IT環境の基礎となるデータセンター、ネットワーク、ITクライアント環境、メインフレーム、Cloud環境を担うチームです。
自動車業界は、本社、販売パートナー、サプライヤなど様々なパートナーとのシステム連携があることと、テクノロジーや市場の変化もダイナミックで Connected Truck、電気トラック、自動運転、 AI、 Cloud/DevOps、 UX など従来の車両ビジネスから新しいビジネスを模索しています。
We are the Mitsubishi Fuso IT Infrastructure team located in Japan. The team in Japan currently consists of more than 20 members and is growing.

インフラストラクチャチームにおける「ITインフラアウトソーシングプロバイダ管理マネージャー」として入社し、該当ユニットのリードを担っていただきます。
グローバルITインフラのアウトソーシング契約およびプロバイダ管理を担当し、当社がポスト統合運営への移行を進める中で、全体的な管理・調整を行っていただきます。これには、プロバイダとの契約および運用交渉の監督、およびグローバルガバナンスフレームワークの新規確立が含まれます。
アウトソーシングプロバイダと連携し、カーブアウトプロセス中のITインフラの安定性と機能性を確保し、統合後の運営構造への円滑な移行を推進します。
ローカルおよびグローバルなビジネスパートナーとの緊密な協力を通じ、Daimler Truckのグローバルインフラ戦略、アーキテクチャ、運用モデルに一致するよう調整を行います。また、グローバルITインフラチーム内での緊密なコラボレーションを進めます。

❖ 責任範囲内における予算管理、契約管理、プロバイダ管理など、透明性のあるプロフェッショナルなリソース管理を確保し、アウトソーシングプロバイダとの効率的な連携をサポートします。
❖ プロバイダの主たるコンタクトポイントとして業務に関与し、契約および運用面での交渉をリードし、グローバルガバナンスフレームワークの準拠性を確保すると共に、ダイムラートラックの戦略的インフラ目標と整合させます。
You will join the Infrastructure team as a Manager IT Infrastructure Outsourcing Provider Management and lead the corresponding unit.
You will be responsible for managing the global IT Infrastructure outsourcing contract and provider management during our journey throughout the transition to post merger operations. This will include overseeing the operational status as well as contractual and operational negotiations with providers and newly establishing the global governance framework.
You will coordinate with outsourcing providers to ensure IT infrastructure stability and functionality throughout the carve-out process, and transition seamlessly into the post-merger operational structure.
You will be working closely with business partners both locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with global Daimler Truck infrastructure strategies, architecture, and operational models through close collaboration within the global Daimler Truck infrastructure team.
❖Lead the establishment of IT Infrastructure outsourcing structure for the new company setup and seamless transition to secure operational stability.
❖Rampup of the IT Infrastructure outsourcing operational structure, knowledge, contractual conditions, competence and operational functions for sustainably operating a comparable setup in the new company structure.
❖Leading the planning and execution of global governance frameworks related to IT outsourcing provider management, ensuring alignment with global standards, and local needs.
❖ Tracking and managing the performance and operational status of IT Infrastructure outsourcing providers to ensure service quality, efficiency, and stability, while continuously identifying improvement opportunities to achieve operational excellence in collaboration with various business partners.
❖ Establishing and maintaining stable relationships and effective working models with outsourced providers, business partners, and Daimler Truck IT teams.
❖ Contributing to IT infrastructure strategy development and representing the outsourcing domain in global infrastructure working groups.
❖ Managing the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of outsourcing-related projects within your area of responsibility to achieve project goals and objectives.
❖ Ensuring transparent and professional resource management, including budget oversight, contracts, and supplier management, within your area of responsibility, while supporting efficient collaboration with outsourcing providers.
❖ Acting as the primary point of contact for providers, leading contractual and operational negotiations, and ensuring compliance with global governance frameworks in alignment with Daimler Truck’s strategic infrastructure goals.
❖ ITインフラソリューション（オンプレミス、クラウド、ネットワーク、デジタルワークプレイス）に関する幅広い知識を有し、特にアウトソーシングプロバイダーの管理およびグローバルガバナンスフレームワークに重点を置いていること。

❖ 実証済みのプロジェクト/プログラム管理スキル（理想的には正式な資格取得済み）、グローバルプロジェクト管理、サプライヤー管理フレームワーク、アウトソーシングプロバイダーとの契約および運用交渉（SLA、KPI、ガバナンスモデルの策定を含む）に関する経験。

❖ At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, with a proven focus on IT outsourcing provider management.
❖ Several years of experience in managing IT infrastructure environments (e.g., implementation, migration, support) and outsourced provider operations.
❖ Proven project/program management skills (ideally with formal certification), with experience in global project management, supplier management frameworks, and leading contractual and operational negotiations with outsourcing providers, including defining SLAs, KPIs, and governance models that align with business needs.
❖ Cross-cultural experience: working on intercultural projects and/or working with intercultural teams with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both in written and verbal formats, particularly in the context of contractual discussions and governance requirements.
❖Experience in leading the successful implementation of change management processes and infrastructure transformation projects.
❖IT Service management experience (Business Requirements, IT Services, SLAs etc.).
❖Knowledge of ITIL, IT standards and tools.
❖Prior IT infrastructure management experience in automotive/general manufacturing/sales industry beneficial.
❖ Japanese: Native level — Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory for managing local provider relationships and internal stakeholders.
❖ English: Business level — Daily usage in both spoken and written English is required for global collaboration and coordination.
❖ Additional language skills are a plus.
