Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

本部門は、生産現場および生産子会社におけるITソリューションの導入・統制を担う、先見性を持ったIT組織です。製造オペレーションが、信頼性が高く安全で、かつ将来を見据えたITシステムによって支えられるよう管理を行うとともに、生産部門のデジタル・トランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進しています。

対象となる領域は、生産計画やエンジニアリング・インターフェースから、製造実行、品質管理、完成車検査（エンド・オブ・ライン）に至るまで、製造プロセスを支える広範な生産・現場ITシステムです。既存のレガシーなプラットフォームと、最新のデジタル製造ソリューションを融合させた環境で業務を行っています。

部門の主な責務は、生産子会社間におけるITシステムの整合性確保、標準化、および調整を図りつつ、デジタル製造や工場運営におけるイノベーションを促進することにあります。

You will join a forward-thinking IT organization responsible for enabling and governing IT solutions across production environments and production subsidiaries. The department ensures that manufacturing operations are supported by reliable, secure, and future-ready IT systems while driving the digital transformation of production.

The scope includes a broad range of production and shopfloor IT systems supporting manufacturing processes, from production planning and engineering interfaces to execution, quality management, and end-of-line operations. The environment combines established legacy platforms with modern digital manufacturing solutions.

A key responsibility of the department is to ensure alignment, standardization, and coordination of IT systems across production subsidiaries while enabling innovation in digital manufacturing and factory operations.

仕事内容／Job Description

本ポジションは「IT製品開発＆生産（IT Product Development & Production）」組織に属し、生産・エンジニアリングシステム担当のIT部門長の直属となります。

生産子会社、ビジネスステークホルダー、およびIT組織の間の中心的な調整役として、生産ITシステムと言策（イニシアチブ）の整合性を確保します。

主な職務内容：

生産子会社のITガバナンス： 生産子会社全体のITシステムおよび施策の監督・調整。

グローバル標準との整合： グローバルな生産IT標準に準拠した運用と、製造IT環境の近代化（モダナイゼーション）の推進。

IT施策のコーディネーション： 戦略的なガバナンスと現場の調整を組み合わせ、各拠点が一定の枠組みの中で効率性と革新性を維持できるよう支援。

デジタル製造ロードマップの支援： 標準化の促進、プラットフォーム間のシステム統合の改善による将来の生産IT環境の構築。

サイバーセキュリティとコンプライアンス： 現場（ショップフロア）システムにおけるセキュリティ確保とコンプライアンスの徹底。

ベンダーおよびパートナー管理： 外部ベンダーやテクノロジーパートナーとの連携。

The position is part of the IT Product Development & Production organization and reports to the L3 Head of IT responsible for Production and Engineering systems.

The role works closely with:

Production subsidiaries and local IT teams

Manufacturing engineering and quality departments Global IT architecture and platform teams Infrastructure and cybersecurity teams External vendors and technology partners The role acts as a central coordination point between production subsidiaries, business stakeholders, and IT organizations to ensure alignment of production IT systems and initiatives.

The Manager of Production Subsidiaries IT is responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT systems and initiatives across production subsidiaries. The role ensures stable operations of production-related IT platforms while driving alignment with global standards and supporting modernization of the manufacturing IT landscape.

This position combines strategic governance with operational coordination, ensuring that production subsidiaries operate within a consistent IT framework while enabling local efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating IT initiatives, supporting production system improvements, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and facilitating collaboration between business units and IT teams.

募集要件／Requirement

■背景・経験：

情報技術、工学、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。

製造または生産システムを支えるIT環境での数年間の実務経験。

マルチサイト（複数拠点）環境での経験、または子会社を横断したIT活動の調整経験。

マネジメント経験。

■テクニカル＆ファンクショナルスキル：

生産・現場ITシステム（MES、製造アプリケーション、品質管理システム、エンジニアリング・インターフェースなど）に関する知識。

複数拠点にまたがる複雑なIT環境の管理または調整経験。

基幹システム（エンタープライズ）と製造プラットフォーム間のシステム統合に関する知識。

生産環境におけるITガバナンス、サイバーセキュリティ、および運用の安定性に関する知見。

■プロフェッショナルスキル：

高いステークホルダーマネジメント能力および調整能力。

現地のオペレーションニーズをグローバルなIT標準と合致させる能力。

信頼性と継続的改善を重視した、構造化されたプロアクティブな（主体的な）業務スタイル。

Education & Experience：

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Several years of experience in IT environments supporting manufacturing or production systems Experience working with multi-site environments or coordinating IT activities across subsidiaries Technical & Functional Skills：

Understanding of production and shopfloor IT systems (e.g., MES, manufacturing applications, quality systems, engineering interfaces)

Experience managing or coordinating complex IT landscapes across multiple locations Knowledge of system integration between enterprise and manufacturing platforms Awareness of IT governance, cybersecurity, and operational stability in production environments Professional Skills：
