Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

ITプロセス本部は、ダイムラートラック・アジア／三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社における情報システムに係るプロジェクトと運用・保守を担っています。

ITインフラ部は当社IT環境の基礎となるデータセンター、ネットワーク、ITクライアント環境、メインフレーム、クラウド環境を担うチームです。このポジションはその中でもデータセンター、ネットワーク、メインフレームの環境を中心に担当するポジションです。

自動車業界では、本社、販売パートナー、サプライヤーなど様々なパートナーとのシステム連携があることと、テクノロジーや市場の変化もダイナミックで Connected Truck、電気トラック、自動運転、 AI、 Cloud/DevOps、 UX など従来の車両ビジネスから新しいビジネスを模索しています。

We are the IT Infrastructure team and offer global IT infrastructure services, including cloud, data center, mainframe, network and digital workplace services. 

We look after the core areas of the company with regards to IT infrastructure - be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data.

新しいエンタープライズITネットワークの構築および移行戦略の策定に注力し、現行のITインフラ環境を新環境へ移行するプロジェクトに従事いただきます。

新環境の構築作業の一環として運用プロセスも確立していただきます。長期的な視点で安定・効率的な運用を考慮・確保することを期待しています。

組織内でのネットワークアーキテクチャならびに各ネットワークコンポーネントのプロダクトオーナーシップを確立し、Daimler Truck本社からアーキテクチャ/プロダクトの知識・技術を引継ぎ、コンピテンシーを構築します。

新しく確立されるネットワーク環境・コンポーネントのグローバルプロダクトオーナーとしての役割を担います。

国内外のビジネスパートナー、ジョイントベンチャー、ITアプリケーションチーム、ならびに本変革スコープ対象各社の従業員と密接に連携して業務を進めます。グローバル規模でインフラチームと調整を行い、統合的かつ成功裏の変革を実現します。

バックエンドインフラストラクチャチームの一員として、ネットワークアーキテクトおよび運用スペシャリストの役割を担います。

グローバルITネットワーク環境のアーキテクチャおよびプロダクトオーナーとしての役割を担い、統合後の安定運用の責任を担います。

主な業務内容:

❖新しいエンタープライズITネットワークの構築および移行戦略の策定、ならびに新環境への移行を実施します。

❖新環境への移行後はエンタープライズITネットワークのプロダクトオーナーの役割をもち、グローバルネット―ワークの運用を行います。

❖ ネットワーク領域における運用状況を厳密に追跡・管理し、サービス品質、効率性、安定性を確保すること。また、効果的な運用を目指してビジネスパートナーとの継続的な改善を行います。

❖ ITインフラ戦略の構築・貢献、とくにネットワークエリアにおいてワーキンググループなどをリードし、運営 ❖ ビジネスパートナーおよびITチームとの安定した関係構築と作業モデルの確立を行います。

❖ 担当分野におけるプロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、予算、および品質を管理し、目標達成を目指します。

❖ リソース管理（予算、契約、サプライヤー管理を含む）を透明かつプロフェッショナルに実施します。

Lead Network architect to work on establishing a new enterprise IT network landscape and migration strategy to move our current IT Infrastructure environment to a new setup.

Setup competence and establish architectural/product ownership for our new organization to ensure smooth transition from the current architectural/product ownership sitting with the Daimler Truck HQ.

Act as global product owner of the Network products/landscape that are to be established, overseeing all aspects of strategic product management and operational excellence.

Work in close collaboration locally and internationally with our business partners, joint ventures as well as IT application colleagues and employees in the entities of this transformation scope. Align on a global level with the global infrastructure team to ensure a holistic and successful transformation.

You will belong to the Backend Infrastructure team as a Network Architect & Operations specialist.

After post-merger readiness is achieved, take on long-term product management responsibilities and oversee operational excellence of the Enterprise IT Network.

Key tasks would be:

❖Establishing a new enterprise IT network landscape and migration strategy to move our current IT Infrastructure environment to tobe state.

❖Leading the execution of global infrastructure transformation and enhancement projects.

❖ Take over architecture and product ownership for the Enterprise IT Network landscape and ensure adequate planning for post-merger readiness, including design, migration, and implementation activities.

❖Contributing to the IT infrastructure strategy build and global infrastructure working groups.

❖Post transformation assume responsibility of the enterprise IT network product ownership and operations.

❖Close tracking and managing the operation status in the Network area, to secure service quality, efficiency and stability - and seeking avenues for continuous improvement with our various business partners for operational excellence.

❖Establishing and building up a stable relationship and working model with our business partners and IT teams.

❖Managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projects within your responsible area to achieve their goals.

❖Transparent and professional resource management; including budget and contract and supplier management within your responsible area.

Skill Requirement

Required Skills and Experience

❖At least 5 years of professional experience in IT ❖Few years of IT infrastructure management and operations - implementation, migration, support experience ❖Experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT Network setup, preferably on a global level ❖Proven project/program management skills (ideally with formal certification), global project management and global supplier management experience ❖Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both document and verbal format ❖ITSM knowledge and execution experience: Incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, patch management ❖Cross-cultural experience: working on intercultural projects and/or working with intercultural teams with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both in written and verbal formats, particularly in the context of contractual discussions and governance requirements

❖Japanese: Native level - Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory ❖English: Business level - Please expect daily usage in both spoken and written English ❖Further languages are a plus
