Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

ITプロセス本部は、ダイムラートラック・アジア／三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社における情報システムに係るプロジェクトと運用・保守を担っています。

ITインフラ部では弊社IT環境の基礎となるデータセンター、ネットワーク、ITクライアント環境、メインフレーム、Cloud環境を担うチームです。このポジションはその中でもデータセンター、ネットワーク、メインフレームの環境を中心に担当するポジションです。

自動車業界は、本社、販売パートナー、サプライヤなど様々なパートナーとのシステム連携があることと、テクノロジーや市場の変化もダイナミックで Connected Truck、電気トラック、自動運転、 AI、 Cloud/DevOps、 UX など従来の車両ビジネスから新しいビジネスを模索しています。

We are the IT Infrastructure team and offer IT infrastructure services, including cloud, data center, mainframe, network and digital workplace services.

We look after the core areas of the company with regards to IT infrastructure - be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data.

We attach great importance to communicating with each other directly and in regular exchange meetings. It is also important to us that we treat each other constructively and honestly.

本ポジションは、1万人規模のユーザーが利用するPCクライアント、仮想デスクトップ、Microsoft 365等のデジタルワークプレイス環境を戦略的に「最新化・最適化」し、従業員のデイリーワークの効率化を最大化させることを目的としています。グローバルなインフラチームと密接に連携し、大規模な変革（マスロールアウト等）を計画から実行までリードしていただきます。

◆ワークプレイス戦略の策定とアーキテクチャ設計

従業員の業務効率向上を目的とした、デジタルワークプレイス環境（PC、仮想デスクトップ、M365等）の構築・移行戦略の策定。

最新の技術トレンドを追跡し、現場の利便性とグローバルスタンダードを両立させた最適なサービスプロダクトの選定・成果の明示化。

デジタルワークプレイスの最適化に向けたワーキンググループを組成し、計画立案から実行までを牽引。

◆グローバルな連携による変革の実現

グローバル規模でインフラチームと密接な調整を行い、成功裏の変革を実現。

1万人規模の環境更新（マスロールアウト）を含む、大規模な移行プロジェクトの計画・実行リード。

サービス導入や移行時、ユーザーが混乱なく新しい環境を利用できるよう、適切な支援活動とコミュニケーションを設計・リード。

◆プロダクトオーナーシップと運用ガバナンス

Daimler Truck本社からアーキテクチャや技術知識を引き継ぎ、組織内での専門能力（コンピテンシー）を構築。

国内外のビジネスパートナーと連携し、ITSM（ITサービスマネジメント）に基づく安定した運用モデルを確立。

パートナーによる運用の状況を厳密に管理し、サービス品質の継続的な改善を実施。

The primary objective of this position is to strategically modernize and optimize our digital workplace environment—including PC clients, virtual desktops, and Microsoft 365—utilized by 10,000+ users. You will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of employees' daily work. Working in close collaboration with the global infrastructure team, you will lead large-scale transformations (such as mass rollouts) from the planning phase through to execution.

1. Workplace Strategy Formulation & Architecture Design

Develop construction and migration strategies for the digital workplace environment (PC, VDI, M365, etc.) aimed at improving employee productivity.

Track the latest technology trends to select optimal service products that balance user convenience with global standards, while clearly defining measurable outcomes.

Establish and lead working groups for digital workplace optimization, driving initiatives from planning to implementation.

2. Global Collaboration & Transformation Leadership

Coordinate closely with global infrastructure teams to achieve successful organizational transformation.

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale migration projects, including mass rollouts for an environment of 10,000+ users.

Design and lead change management activities and communication strategies to ensure a seamless user transition during service deployment and migration.

3. Product Ownership & Operational Governance

Incorporate architecture and technical expertise from the Daimler Truck headquarters to build internal competencies.

Establish stable operational models based on ITSM (IT Service Management) in collaboration with domestic and international business partners.

Strictly manage the operational performance of partners and implement continuous service quality improvements.

IT分野での実務経験 5年以上
ITインフラ管理・運用（導入、移行、サポート）の経験複数年（目安2〜3年以上）
エンタープライズITデジタルワークプレイスの設計・実装経験（グローバル規模の経験があれば尚可）・大規模プロジェクト/プログラム管理スキル（1,000人以上、年単位のPJ経験）

求める人物像：

語学要件：

日本語：ネイティブレベル（流暢な読み書き・会話能力が必須）
英語：ビジネスレベル（日常的に海外本社やグローバルチームとの折衝・調整で使用）

MUST：

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field.
Infrastructure Management: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and operations (including implementation, migration, and support).
Digital Workplace Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level digital workplace solutions. Experience in a global environment is highly preferred.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects or programs (experience with 1,000+ users or multi-year projects).

Ideal Profile：

Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Stakeholder Management: High-level interpersonal skills to align and lead stakeholders across various departments and expertise levels.
ITSM Proficiency: Solid knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and familiarity with operational management tools.
Technical Curiosity: Proactive mindset in tracking the latest technology trends and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Language Requirements：

Japanese: Native level (Fluent in reading, writing, and oral communication is mandatory).

English: Business level (Capable of leading negotiations and coordination with global headquarters and international teams on a daily basis).

基本給（円/月）：405,700円～

賞与：年2回支給
