IT統括部は野村グループ・グローバル全体のITをガバナンスする責務を持つ部です。ITセキュリティ/IT予算に係る企画立案、ITに関する発注処理、ITリスク管理/IT運営/サイバーセキュリティ/大型プロジェクトのプロジェクト・マネジメントに係る統括等を実施しております。
アドミニストレーション課は、その中でもIT予算に係る企画立案やITに関する発注処理等を行っております。
CIO Head Office is responsible for for overseeing the IT governance throughout the Nomura Group and globally, and conducts IT policy planning and management, IT security planning and management, IT budgeting, IT contract management, IT risk analysis and management, and program management for critical IT projects.
The Administration section is one of the six sections in the Group IT Head Office, mainly responsible for IT budget planning, IT contract management, and related operations. 担当業務、責務：

※グローバルとの業務に携わる機会もあります。ITの案件/リクエスト全般が把握できます。
業務・IT内の研修を通じて、RPA、AIなど新しい技術を習得する機会があります。
・ITに係る外部委託先への発注・契約管理
発注内容の確認、契約書の確認、契約書と申請内容の比較
・ITに係る外部委託先への支払い対応
請求書の確認・契約書と請求内容の比較
・ITに係る購買・会計に関する知識習得・契約に関する知識習得
発注・支払いに必要な会計知識・契約知識の習得、専門部署との確認

・Management of orders and contracts with external IT vendors
・Confirming order details, reviewing contracts, and comparing contracts with application contents
・Payment processing for external IT vendors
・Reviewing invoices and comparing invoice details with contracts
・Acquiring knowledge related to IT procurement and accounting, as well as contract knowledge
- 登録資格 Requirements
- 求める要件、応募資格：＜必須要件／Essential＞
- エクセルで基本的な関数（VLOOKUP、SUMIF等）を使ってデータ処理が出来る事。
- 問題解決に向けて社内外のステークホルダーと適切にコミュニケーションが取れること。
- 日本語による読み書き、コミュニケーション
- Good in Excel: Require knowledge of basic excel function (e.g. vlookup, sumif), strong data analysis and validation skill and experience
- Team-player with strong and proactive communication skills, able to solve problems by effectively communicating with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Native level Japanese with good speaking, reading, and writing skills

- テクノロジーの契約書の経験
- ソフトウェア・ハードウェアの購買対応の経験
- テクノロジーの会計知識
- English above business fluent level with good speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Experience with technology Contract Management
- Experience in procurement for software and hardware
- Knowledge of technology accounting
