An opportunity to join a fast growing, dynamic team at a large global Investment Bank. As an Investment Banking Associate at Société Générale in our Menlo Park office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technology investment banking team in executing financial transactions and advising clients on strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, preparing presentations, and assisting in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
The Associate will work in a generalist capacity within a team of experienced Technology Investment Banking professionals and will have extensive exposure within the bank and with clients. Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
