Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

The role involves end-to-end product planning, development, and lifecycle management, including market analysis, strategy formulation, sales promotion, and quality control. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are highly encouraged to apply.

- Plan, develop, and manage the lifecycle of aftermarket products

- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product improvements
