Interaction Designer Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As an Interaction Designer Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.

You will:

Lead the product design from discovery to framework development and design production.
Manage usability testing, design analytics, and design strategy to achieve user needs.
Educate cross functional team on design requirements.
Introduce industry best practices that can add value to the design process.
Support with recruiting and hiring team members.

Essential Requirements

Must provide an Online Portfolio for reference
8 to 12 years of experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups.
Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders.
Deep project management skills to facilitate the product design from scratch to end.

Desirable Requirements

Strong experience with visual design skills is a plus
Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make along with Service Design methodologies
