Responsible for supervising indirect procurement activities across categories, including sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and procurement governance, to support business objectives, cost efficiency, and policy compliance.
Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including bidding inquiries, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiations, and purchase order (PO) issuance.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure achievement of cost-saving targets in VM and IT categories.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval matrices, and internal controls.
Supervise new vendor evaluations and manage the New Supplier Selection process in alignment with procurement governance requirements.
Oversee supplier performance, risk, and sustainability compliance through EcoVadis vendor management.
Lead supplier issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen vendor partnerships.
• Act as the key procurement liaison for internal stakeholders, including Brand/VM, IT, Finance, and Legal teams. • Provide procurement guidance, coordination, and support on IP category–related initiatives. • Support team capability development by sharing best practices, coaching junior team members, and improving procurement processes.
