□ Develop and execute global patent monetization and licensing strategies
□ Identify and analyze potential targets for patent licensing and litigation
□ Search for and analyze potentially infringing products within the semiconductor and AI industries
□ Collect evidence of infringement (EoU) and coordinate with reverse-engineering teams/labs
□ Create, review, and refine high-quality claim charts to support assertion campaigns
□ Support and manage U.S. and global patent licensing negotiations and activities
□ Manage U.S. patent litigation procedures and coordinate with outside counsels
□ Collaborate with external legal teams, technical experts, and NPEs (Non-Practicing Entities) for strategic IP enforcement
□ Assess the company's patent portfolio value to extract key assets for monetization
□ Professional experience with knowledge or academic background in computer architecture, computer hardware, ASIC, SoC, memory systems, or digital hardware
□ Proven track record in patent enforcement, licensing support, infringement analysis, or monetization strategies
□ Exceptional ability to analyze technical documents, product specifications, and hardware architectures to build strong infringement theories
□ Minimum 5 years of experience specifically focused on patent litigation support, licensing campaigns, infringement analysis, or NPE operations
□ Direct experience working at an NPE (Non-Practicing Entity) or extensive experience partnering with NPEs for patent assertion programs
□ Hands-on experience in U.S. patent enforcement activities, including litigation support, licensing, infringement analysis, and creating claim charts
□ Experience with reverse engineering processes and extracting actionable data for litigation
□ Knowledge or academic background in areas such as NPU, CNN, DRAM, memory controllers, processor architecture, SoC, GPU, or computer systems

□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
