Job Purpose
To oversee the planning, production, and management of premium content created for the launch and promotion of HYBE INDIA’s global artists. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong execution capabilities, excellent time management skills, and a deep understanding of storytelling that resonates with Indian audiences while aligning with HYBE’s global standards.
The scope of content includes short-form promotional videos, collaboration content, event and artist-related digital campaigns, and high-impact large-scale entertainment shows.
Key Responsibilities
1.Content Production Management
- Content Strategy Development: Partner directly with the Content Lead to develop a variety of formal content strategies supporting artist key campaigns and artist development. Participate in discussions regarding creative direction, tone, storytelling, and production approach.
- Content Production: Must be capable of making meaningful on-ground production decisions related to shooting, editing, and overall content execution in fast-paced production environments.
- Timeline & Workflow Management: Manage complex production timelines across multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Production Communication & Coordination: Lead day-to-day communication with external production partners, vendors, editors, and creative teams. Proactively identify and resolve production-related issues in a fast-moving environment.
2. Content Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitoring & Audience Analysis: Monitor audience response and engagement related to published content, identify potential risks in advance, and collaborate cross-functionally to address issues when necessary.
3. Campaign Support & Asset Management
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support content production for Pan-India auditions, artist launches, and other strategic campaigns while maintaining global-quality standards.
- Asset Archiving & Organization: Establish and manage sophisticated archival systems for raw footage, edits, graphics, and final deliverables to enable seamless collaboration between India and global HQ teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in video/content production with substantial hands-on experience in premium broadcast, commercial, or entertainment content production. Strong understanding of the full production pipeline, including development, budgeting, shooting, post-production, and delivery. Experience collaborating with various levels of production professionals within the Indian production ecosystem is required.
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing creative workflows and production resources in high-volume environments. Strong sense of prioritization, ownership, and deadline management.
- Attention to Detail: A refined creative eye with strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to identify and maintain high production quality standards.
- Storytelling: Deep understanding of storytelling and practical experience creating emotionally engaging visual content.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects is considered a strong advantage.
- Flexible Working Style: Must be comfortable working flexible hours and collaborating across multiple time zones with international teams.
- Language: Business-level fluency in English is required. Hindi or additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Cultural Understanding: Strong passion for Indian pop culture and global entertainment trends. Familiarity with Korean television, music, or digital content is considered a plus.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple content formats. Each project submission should clearly specify the applicant’s role and contribution.
- Assessment: Selected candidates may be asked to complete a strategic case study assessment to evaluate practical problem-solving ability, production judgment, and creative leadership.
- Residency: Must be a resident of India.
