Job Purpose
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across HYBE India's business function, ensuring seamless execution of partnerships, live events, and artist-related projects. Working closely with the Head of Business, this role will support production operations, artist bookings, partner servicing, commercial coordination, and day-to-day business management, while acting as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Project Management
- Support the Head of Business in managing day-to-day operations across multiple projects and entertainment IPs.
- Drive project timelines, trackers, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain business documentation, commercial trackers, and internal reports.
Production & Event Operations
- Coordinate with production agencies, vendors, venues, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Support planning and on-ground delivery of live events, festivals, and brand activations.
- Track production timelines, operational requirements, and project milestones.
Artist Relations & A&R Support
- Coordinate artist bookings, agency communication, and talent logistics.
- Support artist management requirements including travel, hospitality, schedules, and backstage operations.
- Assist with programming research, talent outreach, and A&R coordination for live entertainment projects.
Partnerships & Commercial Support
- Support the Business Development team in the execution of sponsorships and commercial partnerships.
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, invoices, and commercial documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments and maintain accurate project documentation.
Business Development Support
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across relevant categories.
- Support the development of pitch decks, partnership proposals, and commercial presentations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and support the closure of partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners while contributing to the overall sponsorship pipeline.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Event Operations, Artist Management, Live Entertainment, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Experience working in entertainment, live events, music, sports, or media is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
