Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving HYBE India's commercial partnerships across its entertainment IPs, live events, and original content initiatives. The role combines new business development with end-to-end partner management, working closely with brands from initial outreach and pitching through execution, reporting, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sponsorships
- Identify and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities across relevant categories.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brand partners.
- Develop pitch decks, proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership concepts.
- Lead outreach, presentations, and support commercial negotiations to close new partnerships.
Client Servicing & Partner Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Manage partner communication, approvals, timelines, and day-to-day servicing.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and long-term collaborations.
Partnership Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all sponsorship deliverables.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign milestones across multiple projects.
- Support on-ground execution during events and brand activations whenever required.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries for partner closure.
Business Operations
- Maintain partnership trackers, sales pipeline, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Production teams for contracts, paperwork, and execution requirements.
- Ensure all partnership documentation and reporting is accurate and up to date.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Experience in entertainment, media, sports, live events, agencies, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint and proposal development capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
