Job Summary:**

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) will act as a strategic partner to Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited's business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, foster a positive work environment, and support employee growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategies and challenges, providing HR solutions and support to achieve business goals.
Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with local regulations and company standards.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Manage employee grievances and provide effective resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support organizational change management initiatives and assist with communication plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
Solid understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
