□ Candidate Sourcing and Direct Contact for open positions
□ Talent Pipeline Development and Management
□ Building Potential Candidate Databases using online platforms
□ Establishing Candidate Databases through other networking channels (e.g., campus recruiting, job fairs)
□ Maintaining/Managing Candidate Networks
□ Identifying New Recruitment Channels
□ Designing Comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs) through Kick-Off meetings with hiring managers, considering ideal targets and realistic scope
□ Experience in successful direct sourcing recruitment (regardless of in-house or search firm experience)
□ Experience in attracting candidates to unfamiliar companies through various communication methods (e.g., recruitment PR activities)
□ High curiosity and passion for learning about new cutting-edge technologies and industry trends
□ Desire to recruit talent that fits the organizational culture
□ Experience in successful direct sourcing for Tech roles or in the semiconductor industry
□ Individuals who strive to provide a positive experience for candidates
□ Fluent business communication in English (e.g., for overseas subsidiary recruitment)

□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
