Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

HRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)は、部門シニアリーダーと緊密に連携し、人事業務をビジネス目標に合致させる戦略的役割を担っています。HRBPは、タレントマネジメント、従業員対応、パフォーマンス管理、海外派遣者管理、組織開発など、人事のあらゆる側面についてパートナーシップを発揮しなければなりません。対人スキルが高く、ビジネス戦略を深く理解し、ビジネスを成功に導く人事施策を実施してきた実績がある方が理想的です。現在HRプランニング・レポーティング・データアナリティクスの候補者を募集しています。HRビジネスパートナー（本社）には23名で構成され、現在3名の社員がHRプランニング・レポーティング・データアナリティクスに関連する業務を行っています。
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role that works closely with senior leaders to align HR practices with business objectives. The HRBP will provide guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, Global assignment management and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of business strategy, and a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive business success. We are currently seeking a candidate for HR Planning and Reporting, Data Analytics. There are 23 employees in HR Business Partner for HQ team. 3 employees are in charge of HR Planning and Reporting, Data Analytics.
- 各拠点の間接部門における人員計画（ポジションプラン）および子会社ごとの人員計画を調整する
- グループ会社のポジションプランおよび直接労働者の計画をCEOおよび経営委員会に提案する
- グループ会社の人事メンバーと良好な関係を築き、レポート作成を主導する
- 月末時点の人員数を取締役会に報告する
- 残業、有給休暇、障がい者雇用、メーリングリストなどの人事関連データを定期的に報告する
- 事業部門や官公庁からの要請に応じて、人事関連情報を恒常的または一時的に作成・報告する
- 会社指定または官公庁のフォーマットに基づき、報酬データを報告する
- 財務チームと連携し、四半期ごとの人員計画および月次の人件費データを提供し、会社の財務計画を支援する
- 大量の人事データを集約し、複数の視点から分析する
- 経営判断を支援するための創造的なプレゼンテーションを作成する
- ITシステムやアプリケーションを活用し、付加価値のある人事ダッシュボードを作成する
- Coordinate workforce plan (Position Plan) for indirect area of each office in company and workforce plan by subsidialies.
- Responsible to propose Position plan and direct worker plan of group companies to CEO and executive commitee
- Make good relationship with HR member in group companies and take the lead in report preparation
- Responsible for reporting HC (as of month end) to Board members
- Responsible for reporting the human related data (e.g. overtime, paid holiday, disable person, mailing list) regularly
- Depending on request from Business office or public agency, create and report HR related info permanently or temporary
- Responsible for reporting the compensation data to Daimler Truck or public agencies based on their format
- Provide quarterly workforce plan and monthly labor cost data with finance team to support company’s financial planning
- Summarize mass HR data and see the data from multiple angle point of view
- Make creative presentation to support management decision
- Make add valued HR dashboard by using IT system or applications

経験：人事業務の経験5年以上 人事データ分析の経験があれば尚可

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
