The Sendbird Revenue Operations team is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations. Revenue Operations brings together Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, and Data Insights — together, we own the processes, systems, and analytics that power the entire lead-to-cash cycle. It's a fast-moving, high-impact function, and this role is central to how we grow.
Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the monitoring and enablement of lead and pipeline delivery. We're looking for someone who really gets marketing — someone who can build the systems, processes, and workflows that help our marketing efforts thrive and scale. This role is based in our San Mateo, California office, with the team on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (3+ days). This is an IC role that owns the function, the strategy, and vendor relationships.
You'll be joining a team that moves with urgency, thinks in data, sweats the details, and is genuinely energized by building a high-quality pipeline for Sales. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we'd love to talk!
We take care of the people who build the future. Here's some of what you can expect when you join Sendbird:
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we use a variety of compensation data benchmarks from similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range for this role is $200,000 - $210,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
