CoreWeave's People team is scaling at the speed of our infrastructure — fast, global, and without compromise. Our Total Rewards function sits at the center of how we attract and retain the world-class talent powering the AI revolution. As CoreWeave expands its footprint across North America, Europe, and APAC, we're building the benefits infrastructure to match: compliant, competitive, and built for a workforce without borders.
In this role, you will own the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across countries and jurisdictions. You'll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market. Day-to-day, you'll manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets. You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a benefits leader who thrives in a scaling, international environment.
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.
