As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Americas, you will chart the financial strategic course for On’s largest region. Reporting directly to the CFO of the Americas and serving on the Regional Finance Leadership team, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to empower executive decision-making. As our business continues to expand, we need a numbers-driven, process-oriented leader with the agility to tackle complex challenges within our disruptive finance organization.
