Anduril is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) finance team. This role will provide leadership and management of division, business line and program finance teams as AD&S continues to rapidly scale. This person will oversee financial planning and analysis, program finance, strategic finance and pricing and is expected to recommend and execute on new strategies that drive both top- and bottom-line impact.
The AD&S finance and business teams will rely on this leader to develop, grow, and sustain strong collaborate relationships with internal and external Anduril stakeholders. In practice, the Head of Finance will support AD&S’ rapid growth and make important decisions that drive the long-term success of our business. You will communicate your findings to senior Division and Company leadership and partner with others to operationalize the hypotheses and takeaways. This role requires a strong interest in solving puzzles with an ability to recognize patterns and collaborate via cross-functional partnerships drive decision-making. You will be tasked with identifying business opportunities, formulating hypotheses, and conducting in-depth analyses which illuminate opportunities to drive success.
AD&S is fundamentally reshaping the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft (like our unmanned fighter jet Fury), advanced effects (like our air-breathing cruise missile Barracuda), and the autonomy software that powers these weapons. The team is responsible for taking products from initial concept to full-rate production at-scale. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s premier software platform that enables masses of Fury, Barracuda, and other robots to collaborate across various missions and environments. US Salary Range
$253,000—$336,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
