Job Introduction

We are looking for a customer obsessed, data driven and strategic Product Owner to join the Category Growth Team within Rocket Growth - Coupang's end-to-end fulfillment and logistics business. In this role, you will take full ownership of growing a specific product category, spanning the entire lifecycle from seller acquisition and selection expansion to demand generation and an exceptional shopping experience.
As a key member of the Category Growth Team, you will think and act like a business owner - combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify the most impactful opportunities for your category. You will work at the intersection of product, business, and operations, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to remove friction points, improve the seller experience, and drive meaningful growth for Coupang's customers, and selling partners.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about building products that solve real customer problems at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific category within the Rocket Growth Category Growth Team
• Have a deep understanding of both Customers and Sellers, and provide the Voice of the Customer and Seller
• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics
• Own the end-to-end category strategy including selection acquisition, seller experience improvements, and demand generation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve purchase conversion by removing any friction points in the end-to-end shopping and seller experience
• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life

Essential Skills

• Business-level proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written) is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision
• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics products

4. 당사는 위2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180 일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
5. 단, 위 1항 내지 4항의 내용은 대한민국의 노동 관계 법령이 적용되는 경우에만 적용됩니다. 그 이외의 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.
