The Giga Campus Construction Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing construction delivery for assigned campus projects. This role serves as a key liaison across internal teams and external partners—including design managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and customers—to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role oversees all phases of data Center construction, from initial planning through to project completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role manages budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication among internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for upholding safety and quality standards, acting as a thought leader in safety and governance. The role also drives the adoption of digital tools for reporting and performance tracking, supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements. Additionally, the Construction role ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while promoting a culture of innovation and best practice adoption. - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience as a construction/project manager or director, preferably in data Center projects - 10-15 Years of relevant industry experience - Deep knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices - Proficiency in project management software/tools - Familiarity with data Center design, infrastructure, and MEP systems - Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards - Fluent in English (oral and written); additional regional language preferred
