The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
As an Fleet Technician, you will execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across vehicle and autonomous (AV) systems in a shop environment.
You will complete assigned work orders, follow SOPs, and support day-to-day fleet operations to keep vehicles safe and operational. This role provides hands-on experience with AV systems, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows while working alongside experienced technicians.
You will work hands-on with vehicles in a structured environment and gain experience with autonomous systems. This role provides the opportunity to build technical skills across diagnostics, maintenance, and AV technology while supporting fleet operations.
