The Finance Coordinator Temp helps the finance team of 15 to oversee all financial accounting and budgeting activities for Louis Vuitton Korea business.
The role needs to partner efficiently with other finance team members to ensure smooth running of operations.
Responsibilities
The temp accountant, thanks to his/her experience, will help on designated tasks among the below Finance team responsibilities:
ZSupport Financial Reporting
- Support Financial reporting whenever necessary.
- Ad hoc analysis report (e.g. Chinese New Year and Chuseok sales reports).
- Assist on Inventory Count
- Notification on Full Count Instruction and Schedule on Newsletter.
- Compile and report Full Count Result.
- Assist on managing Cycle Count Schedule and its Result.
- Manage Stock Adjustment Page on Sharepoint.
- Support Managing Insurance
- Support on event insurance: handle relationship with insurer, collect valuation and information required by insurance among from Events, Merchandising & Communication teams.
- Inquiries on Insurance.
- Support Managing Corporate Card
- Assist on managing Card Limit.
- Assist on issuing and terminating Corporate Cards.
- Sending reminders to overdue employees.
- Support on PO creation
- PO creation, Goods Receipt, Submission.
- Assist on Vendor Creation and Modification.
- Managing Store Closing documents
- Collect and consolidate monthly closing documents required by internal control and sent by stores to corporate office.
- Coordinate pickup by archiving company.
- Manager inventory of storage and relationship with archiving company.
- Every year, recommend and coordinate destruction of items older than 5 years.
- Support on Legal follow-up
- Ensure proper tracking of company chop usage.
- Ad-hoc projects
- Help CFO with punctual projects like organization of a team seminar or trainings.
Profile
2-3+ years of finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus Willingness to drive a support function with a business-oriented, problem-solving mindset Preferred retail background a plus Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems a plus. Native Korean and fluent in English
