三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（MFTBC）グループの経理部では、財務の誠実性（Financial Integrity）と付加価値の創出（Value Creation）を基本理念に掲げ、グループの連結決算、単体決算、経理業務（Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable）、内部統制、経理システムサポートといった重要かつグローバルな機能を担っています。2023年5月に発表された日野自動車との経営統合に向け、経理機能の強化を進めています。
The Accounting department of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) Group is committed to financial integrity and value creation and is responsible for important global functions such as group consolidation, Standalone-closing , transactional accounting (accounts payable/accounts receivable), internal control and accounting system support. In preparation for the business integration with Hino Motors, announced in May 2023, MFTBC is strengthening its accounting functions.

In this position, you will drive efficiency and optimization of processes across the entire Accounting department.
-Standardization and automation of processes
-Introduction of cutting-edge technologies such as OCR, generative AI and other DX tools
-Collaboration with BPO (business process outsourcing) vendors
-Collaboration with the IT department

経理業務（AP/ARなど）の実務経験（目安：5年以上）
業務プロセス改善の実務経験または強い関心
BPO業務の運用または外部ベンダーとの協業経験
会計システムまたは業務プロセスに関する改善・導入経験
社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
Shared ServicesまたはBPO業務の立ち上げ・移管・改善経験
経理関連システムに関する理解・改善提案経験
英語での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル
改善活動やプロジェクト推進に積極的に関わりたい方
[Required Qualifications]
Practical experience in accounting operations (e.g., Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable), with approximately 5+ years of experience Hands-on experience in business process improvement or a strong interest in the area Experience in improving or implementing accounting systems or related business processes Experience in operating BPO services or collaborating with external vendors Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders [Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in launching, transferring, or improving Shared Services or BPO operations Understanding of accounting-related systems and experience in proposing improvements Basic communication skills in English A proactive attitude toward driving improvement initiatives and project management
