_A_해당 직무분야에 필요한 역량을 갖추었다면 지원하실 수 있으며, 그룹의 서류전형 기준에 따라 가부가 결정될 것입니다.
_A_학점, 어학능력, 자격증, 특기, 아르바이트 및 봉사활동경력, 자기소개서 등 여러 가지 기준을 반영하여 심사하고 있습니다.
_A_학점이나, 토익점수 등이 합격의 절대적인 요소로 작용하지는 않습니다만 공개채용의 특성상 서류 심사시 플러스 요인으로 작용할 수 밖에는 없습니다. 그러나 다른 여러 요인들을 복합하여 인재상에 걸 맞는 인재인지를 판단하여 최종 결정합니다.
_A_부서배치시 본인의 지원분야를 참고하여 배치 면담을 거쳐 배치되며 추후 본인의 소질이나 회사의 인사정책에 따라 조정 배치가 가능합니다. 또한 회사 경력관리제도에 의거 장기적으로는 순환보직도 가능합니다.
_A_공인어학성적이 반드시 있어야 지원하실 수 있습니다. 단, 해외 영미권대학 졸업자/졸업예정자의 경우 영어어학성적 없이 지원가능하십니다.
_A_그렇지 않습니다. 학사학위 소지자의 경우도 지원가능합니다.
_A_모든 전형은 1지망을 기준으로 실시됩니다. 하지만 2지망을 받는 이유는 전형과정 중에 1지망에서는 합격을 하지 못하셨더라도, 필요시 2지망 회사(혹은 직무분야)에서 전형을 진행할 수 있도록 하기 위함입니다. 즉 2지망으로 지원회사를 변경하여 전형을 진행할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 추가로 지망을 받습니다.
